Where are practices and games played?
U19 - Deep Run Facility or Fairhill Facility
U15 - Deep Run Facility or Fairhill Facility
U12 -Deep Run Facility or Fairhill Facility
When are games held?
Games are played on Friday Night's, Saturday's or Sunday's. With participation in the SEPA Rec league you can travel up to 1 hour for away games but most games are within 30 mins.
How long is the soccer season?
The season will begin late March or early April and is an 6 week season. Practices will begin in early April or early March.
Does soccer allow play with requests?
Yes coaches who volunteer get the opportunity to select up to three more children to their team that is not their own child. Creating fair and balanced teams is the main objective of each recreation soccer season.
Can I get a refund after I register?
For the 2026 Spring season, players may request a full refund up to March 31st, 50% refund from April 1st through April 12th; No refunds after April 12th.
Is there a Mobile app I can use?
Yes! There is a mobile app to keep track of all your children's schedules regardless of what sport they play. Check the Deep Run news feed for QR codes for Apple and Android.
What equipment does my player need?
Every player from U12 birth year through U19 will need soccer shoes/cleats, shin guards, and soccer ball.
Size 4: U12
Size 5: U15-U19
Can my child wear jewelry?
No, it is against the rules of soccer. With that said no necklaces, earrings, bracelets, or rings are allowed to be worn during practice or games.
Where do I turn in my concussion cert?
As a volunteer coach, once your concussion protocol cert is complete email it to imsoccer@drvsa.org and info@drvsa.org. This cert is needed once every three years. Please title your saved certificate in this format last name, year concussion cert.
How often are background checks required?
Coaching background checks are due every year while concussion protocol training are due every three years.
I have a background check done for school or church… can I use this?
No. In order to maintain consistency and efficiently track background checks, all must be done through the link on our website.
