Deep
Run's "Deep Run" is Over - BRISTOL, Conn. - When
district play began six weeks ago, about 1,000 teams, representing
Little League's Mid-Atlantic region, started a quest. Hilltown Township's
Deep Run Little League was one of the last two teams to have a chance
to reach the World Series. Unfortunately, the dream ended there. Opposing
pitcher Robbie Payne hit two home runs to lead South Caroline Little
League, of Preston, Md., to a 4-1 victory over Deep Run Sunday at
Breen Field in the Mid-Atlantic championship game before a national
television audience on ESPN2...More

All On The Line - BRISTOL, Conn. - Hilltown Township's Deep
Run Little League team played one of its best games of the season
last time out. And they picked a good time to do it, because that
win, a 4-1 triumph over Colonie (N.Y.) Thursday, moved Deep Run to
within a game of the Little League World Series...More

Deep Run advances to tournament final -
The Deep Run Thunderhawks 11-12 yr old team won the semi-final game
4 - 1 Vs. Colonie, New York. They now advance onto the Mid-Atlantic
Regional Tournament final in Bristol, CT this Sunday. Game will be
televised on ESPN2 5PM. Deep Run will be getting buses to ride to

Run Drops First Game at Regional - Deep Run Little League's
opening game in the Mid-Atlantic Regional Tournament in Bristol, Conn.,
went according to plan for most of Saturday afternoon's first-round
game against Colonie (N.Y.) Little League. But in the bottom of the
sixth, Deep Run couldn't quite hold on, as a two-out, two-run home
run lifted Colonie to a 5-4 victory over the Hilltown-based 11- and
12-year-old squad. More
